Reviewing the jobs available can save us all time. This provides a guide for you as well to ensure your resume meets the requirements the jobs lists. An Interviewer will go over this in more detail during your meeting together.
During the meeting with the interviewer, you may be asked to revise your resume or prepare to take some tests. These tests help establish a baseline for your skills set - whether it’s forklift driving or accounting – this is a great tool.
Once our client has interviewed you and made an offer, you are ready to begin the last step in the process to hire you as an RMP temp employee. You will be set up to attend a new hire orientation class where all the benefits and safety are reviewed. Your interviewer will arrange this and detail what information you need to bring in. Once completed, you are ready to start your new job. Congratulations, you made it!

The quote lets you review our paperwork to ensure we captured everything you need from the information you provided. This can take some revisions.
The terms are determined by RMP to ensure we can work together. The benefits are entirely at your discretion based on what you want to offer. This is outlined in detail such as medical benefits, vacation time off. Your sales rep will go over step by step until the comprehensive packaged is what you want to offer.
The interviewer will take care of this final step in the process.
