Temp-to-hire
If you need to find a permanent replacement, we'll do that, too. RMPersonnel will provide a temporary and, if you feel they are a fit for your organization, you have the option of hiring them as a permanent employee.

PEO (Professional Employer Organization)

As a PEO, we deliver these services by establishing and maintaining an employment relationship with your staff. RMPersonnel contractually assumes a co-employment arrangement with you whereby we handle payroll, employment taxes, benefits plans and other HR functions. You handle your business.
