Many small and medium sized companies recognize the benefit of the co-employer arrangement offered through Professional Employer Organization (PEO) services. The client company enters into an agreement with a PEO to establish a three-way relationship between the PEO, client company and the employees. This now becomes a co-employment arrangement. This allows for the PEO to provide you with the following:

• Human Resources Management Assistance, Employee Benefits - to include Group Medical Insurance, Workers' Compensation, Safety Training, Risk Management and Payroll functions are outsourced to RMPersonnel.
