El Paso, Texas, is our home and corporate headquarters. Our President, Ceci Miles Mulvihill, founded RMP along with her sisters and father, Rudolph Miles. We now have branch offices in Las Cruces, NM, and Laredo, TX, and a satellite office in West El Paso. RMP is licensed to do business in 18 states – and the number is growing. We are certified woman-owned, minority-owned, HUB, and proud to be recognized annually as one of the Top 500 Hispanic Businesses in the U.S.
